Company History
Harry's Automotive Service was founded in 1959 and incorporated in 1975 by J. Harry Hill. With his mechanical knowledge that seemed to come naturally, it didn't take long to establish the most popular Corvette and Racing Shop in the small township of Reedy Creek which lies on the outskirts of Lexington, North Carolina. Harry's Automotive was known even then for it's "In-Floor" Dynomotive Machine. One of the 1st Automotive Shops that is still far and few between to have a Calibration Machine in the state of North Carolina. Back then it was primarily used for "Testing" the Race Car Engine Speeds that were built at Harry's and raced at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
